What we collect
When you use these tools, the domain or email address you submit is logged along with a timestamp, the tool used, and your general country based on IP address. No personal information is collected. IP addresses are not stored.
Why we log it
Logs are used solely to monitor tool performance, catch errors, and understand general usage patterns. We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising or marketing of any kind. We do not add you to any mailing lists or marketing platforms.
How long we keep it
Log entries for domain and tool usage are automatically deleted after 30 days. Test emails sent through the Email Inbox Tester are processed via Postmark and subject to Postmark's privacy policy.
Cookies
These tools use localStorage in your browser only to remember your light or dark theme preference. No tracking cookies are set.
Security and spam prevention
All tools use Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare Turnstile is a service from Cloudflare, Inc. that helps distinguish between humans and bots, thereby helping prevent spam. Cloudflare Turnstile works by collecting IP addresses, user agent, browser information and behavioral data to help prevent bots and spam. How checks are performed
When you submit a domain or email address, it is sent to our servers and queried against external DNS resolvers, email blacklist databases, and other public data sources as part of the check. By submitting a domain you acknowledge it may be queried against these third-party services.
Infrastructure
Tools are hosted on Cloudflare Pages and processed via Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may process request data per their own Privacy Policy. Google Fonts is used for typography and may log font requests per Google's privacy policy.
